Lumina Spark is an on-line psychometric questionnaire that supports individuals and teams to better understand themselves and others. Unlike other personality assessments, Lumina provides 3 lenses of your personality under 3 personas; underlying, every day and overextension, to give you insights into your whole personality and remove the need for additional tests.
Lumina Spark embraces paradox by measuring both sides of the polarity independently (ie introversion AND extraversion, rather than approaching it as ‘if you’re this you can’t be that’). The questionnaire creates a unique portrait or “Splash”, based on the Big Five Inventory (BFI), considered to be the most modern, scientifically rigorous and accurate approach to identifying personality traits.
Outputs from Lumina Spark are grounded in neutral language, to reduce evaluative bias and socially desirable responding. It allows you to explore what you like to do, what you do, and how you may overextend / over-utilise your strengths.
Lumina Team is an extension of Lumina Spark (no extra questionnaires required!) and comes with the Team Viewer app which participants can use to visually explore their team's dynamics.

Lumina Leader is an on-line psychometric questionnaire that increases participants' awareness of their own unique leadership style and shows them how to lead naturally and with authenticity. In times of increased competition and ambiguity, strong self-awareness, decision making capability and confidence to lead others is essential for organisational success.
This impactful tool focuses on four balanced domains of leadership: Leading with Drive, Leading to Deliver, Leading through People and Leading with Vision. Lumina Leader also points to blockers and blind spots, with recommendations on how to avoid them. Self-aware leaders notice and can respond (rather than react) to triggers. An awareness of their emotions and how they impact others can be used to inspire, motivate, and challenge others.
The optional customisable Lumina Leader 360 review gives leaders the opportunity to see themselves through the eyes of their teams, peers and seniors to observe the real impact of their leadership style, tackle their career blockers, become more versatile and resilient when leading in times of change, and motivate people to become high performers.
Engage is an innovative tool which uses a proven methodology to assess mindset and change readiness, backed by science. The Engage tool uses evidence-based insights based on over 15 years of research, drawing on cognitive behavioural psychology and advanced coaching psychology.
Following a brief online questionnaire, Engage’s statistical algorithm creates a personalised development profile, identifying what to change and how to do it, based on 3 categories:
· Confidence: which underpins decision making, appetite for risk and willingness to take control.
· Impact: providing insight into motivation, satisfaction, productivity, and feelings of success.
· Openness: when we are open, positive, and receptive to feedback and change, we grow.
