How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

When you contact us through “Contact” page, “Get in touch” or “Book a Session” on our website.
We also receive information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios: we may, through our host platform, use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, your location.

How we store your personal information

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including contact, identity, transaction data) for six years after they stop being customers. In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
