Diagnose: Using behavioural science assessments, performance tools and qualitative insight, we identify the root causes behind performance gaps or cultural challenges.

Develop: We design practical, tailored interventions that build the skills, behaviours and mindsets needed for long-term success.

Deliver: We embed learning through coaching, workshops, on-the-job tools and ongoing support ensuring the change sticks. We always debrief after workshop as well as follow-up post programme delivery (often 90 days) to help evaluate impact and advise on any further actions.

Lumina Spark™
is an online psychometric assessment that helps individuals and teams understand themselves and each other more deeply. Unlike many traditional tools, it explores your personality through three lenses; Underlying, Everyday and Overextended. This enables you to get a complete picture without needing multiple assessments. It embraces paradox, measuring traits like introversion and extraversion independently, rather than treating them as opposites. Your results are displayed in a personalised “Splash,” built on the Big Five model, the most modern and scientifically robust framework for describing personality. is an online psychometric tool that helps leaders understand their unique leadership style and lead with greater authenticity and confidence. Drawing on over 15 years of cognitive behavioural and coaching psychology. Engage provides deep, evidence-based insight into what to change and how to change it.

Your coach, Bett will guide you through a focused one-hour remote 1:1 session, helping you uncover powerful insights into self-limiting beliefs, strengths, and blind spots to drive behavioural change.
Resilience Quotient Inventory™ is a world-renowned resilience psychometric tool. It enables individuals and teams to manage high pressure and adversity, helping to build resilience and boost performance in the workplace.
Users complete an online questionnaire and receive a personalised report with their scores across seven composite scales and 26 sub-scales compared to a sample population if completed individually or anonymised for teams. Users also receive detailed tailored guidance on how to build even greater resilience.
